Hi to everyone. I have not ever asked for help before but I guess I am asking now.One year ago March 19,2007 I was hurt at work(factory) I hurt my right shoulder did phy.therepy,cortazone shots,more pt. then surgey on June 20, 2007 they removed burtsitis,a burisa,and shaved part of my collor bone. Needless to say my shoulder is still not ok. I got a second opion from another workers comp doc. that the workers comp ins paid for,and guess what he said your fine I release you to go back to full duty(mind you at this point I could only lift a 1lb. weight at PT) So my workers Comp befits end and they permently laid me off of work.That was Dec 3,2007. I have another doc. appt with another Ortho Surgen at the end of March to discuss what eles can be done witch probley means another surgey.My husband BLESS his heart is working at a factory job as much as he can but we are one pay check away from lossing it all. We have two beatiuful boys 10 & 8 it is hard to tell them I can't play or do the things with them I did before.Sorry but it really STINKS!!! We have checked into getting help from the state but he makes too much money.(can someone tell me what to much money is please) We live in a very small town in Iowa.We are lucky to be where we are,we have an ok house( but the love in it is the best) we are not well to do people we are hard woking and honest every day people and need some help right now. If you can find it in your hearts to help me help my family I would be very greatful to you. I know there are so many people that are in the same boat as us but just a diffrent story. I can promise this if you help us some day we will pay it forward. Thank you for your time
